These terms cover honua.io and its public content. Code is governed by the license attached to its repository. Pricing, support, service levels, data processing, and other commercial commitments are governed by a signed agreement.
Site use
- Informational content. The site is intended to explain the product, provide quickstarts, and support evaluation conversations.
- No production guarantee. Public site content is not itself a warranty, SLA, or binding support commitment.
- Repository licenses control code. Open-source and source-available code remains governed by the applicable repository license, not by this page.
- Site repository. Unless a file or third-party notice says otherwise, the honua-site repository is available under its Apache-2.0 license ↗. Product names, logos, and third-party marks are not relicensed merely because they appear in the repository.
- Commercial terms are separate. Pricing, support, DPA, and enterprise commitments become binding only when included in an executed agreement.

External services, links, and trademarks
Links to GitHub, GitBook, package registries, FormSubmit, Google Analytics, and other third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by those services' terms. Third-party product names and marks are used nominatively to identify interoperability targets; their owners do not sponsor or endorse Honua unless a separate statement says so.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The site and public evaluation content are provided “as is” and may describe previews, release candidates, or planned work. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Honua disclaims implied warranties for this site and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public site content. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, and an executed agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.
